Healing your ability to love yourself

I took you in my imagination to a beautiful place in nature, and we found a huge jungle of tall and wise trees. They had a dark green healing energy and we could hear and see the colourful displays of the birds of paradise singing in the trees. We found a circle of trees and rocks that form an ancient medicine wheel that you used to work with many years ago. The sun is setting and we call to creator to send a power animal.

Your Medicine Wheel is made of trees and bushes, but also there are bright coloured paintings, woven fabrics, bowls and tools in your circle. I can feel your old tribe peaking through the trees and smiling at you. You were very loved and I feel that your connection with creator is about re-bonding with your shamanic power tools - feathers, bowls, paintings, etc. The most amazing creature turns up, it is an Armadillo.

The Armadillo is quite small, I would say about three or four years old. She is tired of life, even though she is young, she is depressed and feels powerless. I feel that you either can't be bothered or you get bad tempered and stressed. The Armadillo has sharp claws and armour. If we look at her armour there are holes in it, this means you have no self-protection. What people says gets to you, your sense of self is at its minimum.

I asked Armadillo what can we do to make you stronger, and she told me that in a pastlife you were very artistic and you lived very happily with your tribe. You use to sit in your medicine wheel and sing beautiful healing songs, this was your power.

You were very beautiful and powerful and well loved. All was well. However, in this past life you were living when the poles shifted many years ago. When the weather changed your usual healing was to sing in the Medicine Wheel to the Spirit Keepers, to keep you and your tribe safe. But, this time it didn't stop the death and destruction. You lost all your power and faith in yourself. All the tribes people gathered around your Medicine Wheel for protection and you all died in an earthquake.

Please know the tribe have not blamed you for their deaths. They wish to come into your Medicine Wheel to show you that they love you and to help you to forgive yourself and to take back your power tools from that life. As the Tribe comes out from hiding they enter your Wheel, as they enter a flash of light signals the ending of this karma. They are hugging you and dancing and laughing and they are holding your power tools. Each member of your tribe comes up to you one by one and hands you your power back, as you accept their love and let the healing love they have for you enter into your heart and soul, this heals the pain and upset of this life and death.

Armadillo starts to grow bigger and stronger. Her radiance and love starts to flow again and she does a little dance and smiles at you. Your power tools have been given back to you so you can manifest the life you want. You thank Armadillo and your tribe for being with you on this healing journey.

Staying in your jungle Medicine Wheel, We call to Mother Earth to send us a Power Animal.

Mother Earth is the being who gives us our home and our lives. As the sun was setting, Tortoise arrived, she was very tired, nearly dead tired, she couldn't keep her eyes open. We asked what was the matter with her and she said she is carrying a terrible secret, I asked what is the secret and she told me that you wished yourself dead!

I asked why does she wish herself dead, and the Tortoise told me that she doesn't honour life. I asked how can she learn to honour life. The tortoise said she must go on a journey to discover and clear her pain. We informed the tortoise that she has arranged this healing session and we would be working on healing her pain. The Tortoise was shocked and delighted. We asked if this terrible secret was being held in her body and the Tortoise grew huge, as big as you are and whispered in your ear four magic words that instantly made that bad secret melt inside your heart, the four words you needed to hear were simply "You Are Worth Loving", so start with yourself and all will be well. Then the tortoise smiled and shrank back to normal size and went fast asleep beside you in the wheel. very contented. Please be aware you get very tired and then cross, so watch your tiredness levels - be aware of what you think and say when you are tired.

Continuing in a clockwise direction in your medicine wheel we call to Father Sun - who warms and quickens life.

We call to Lizard who represents your energy body - How much energy and enthusiasm you have for life. As we waited for Lizard, we waited and waited and waited and nothing happened. And then, really quickly, a Komodo Dragon turned up very fast, strong and angry and very male - hmmm interesting - Why is he male? do you give your energy to men and have none left for yourself? You are blocked by male energy? I asked the Komodo Dragon if you are your Power Animal and I get a "yes" Why are you male? "I am not, I became male". How did you become male? Why is your energy so male? - You became what you are afraid of!

How can we get the energy to flow male and female in this Dragon? You need to go to King Lizard and ask for a healing session. King Lizard agrees to healing your fear of men. He gives back your heart and feminine power and mutters words of ancient magic. With a flash of lightening in the sky, immediately your Komodo Lizard starts to shine and look really beautiful and alive with energy and enthusiasm. Your orginal power has been restored to balance. Now your energy will bring balance and peace, not war and worry. haha - I left you and Lizard to share a moment basking in the sun together.

As the sun sets the moon appears on the horizon, Grandmother Moon - who guides our dreams and wishes, and holds our pastlives in memory for us.

The sky is dark blue and we look to the moon and we call to Loon (a small water bird), She comes waddling up to us but she is bleeding and angry with herself. We call her into the Medicine Wheel and start to banage her wing, she tells us that there is no point in anything - life is useless. I ask why, and she tells me that one one will do anything for her, and I ask why should people do things for you - She told me that you are special. I said great, but you are also lazy. She was a bit shocked and started explaining how busy she was. I told her that doing lots of things does not mean you are not lazy. You are lazy with your diet and health. This must be addressed and you need to swim in water to purify yourself. We asked if we could do healing, she agreed and you promised to attract better, healthier food, fish, salad and water. Loon left happy.
